Oderberg to Oranienburg continued

Stettin to Oderberg 12 may

Left Stettin at 10 am planning for a 6 hour trip on west Oder and Fredischthal Hohrnsaaten canal. Went through Northen European largest wetland national park, which was very beautiful. Ententerd Germany again, went though first lock and met oncoming barge for first time, both without incident. Now another spar gel dinner at the Oderberg Marina on the banks of die Alta Oder. The harbour captain, a youngish man, says that he has been windsurfing in Hollviken. In any case, that's what we understood he said.

Trzebiez to Stettin 11 May

Back to Trzebiez, pics in wrong order. We noticed that the buildings in same type of villages in Germany were beautifully restored whereas in Trzebiez every other building was a demolition object. Pity!

The harbour in Trzebiez. Saturday evening and dinner at the restaurant overlooking the Stettin sea. Excellent food. Or was it the view? Lots of men all ages fishing from the jetties. No one caught anything.  In the morning lots of rain before departure..
