Back in Sozopol

Back in Sozopol where it ended last year. Carl travels one week before Leslie to look after the preparation and launch. He stays at hotel Selena where he woke up to a magnificent Sunday morning.

Perfect weather for anything......

 LelleBelle looks to be in good condition. 

I met with Krassi and the guys were busy waxing the sideboards and painting of the bottom. 

Waxed and painted. 

Krassi is happy with a hard days work and says that LB will be back in the water tomorrow. 

After a tough day I  took a walk along the beach in front of hotel Selena. It is the hotel with blue umbrellas and balcony decor. A few people were swimming. My turn tomorrow. 

Quite a lot of improvement to Sozopol has been done during the winter. 

The long period on land has not been without events. Robert and Debora's wedding in CapeTown in September. The house in Höllviken was sold in November just before we went on a 3-months holiday in the Cape. Bought an apartment in Höllviken and moved in in March. Started the training with Alex and John for Vasaloppet 2016.
But now we are looking forward to the 2015 travels. First out of the Black Sea and into the Mediterranean and ending in France in September. The route is laid out and we look forward to good weather and many willing crew to join on the trip.
