Tropea to Cetrano 6 July

Next stop after beautiful Tropea is Cetrano, for no other reason than it about 7-8 hours away. Went straight across a bay and did not see much coastline.
Cetrano is a so-called working town, as apposed to a holiday town. The surroundings are quite pretty, the town itself, so-so.
When we arrived a a man came up to the boat on a bike with a card from his restaurant, The red Shrimp, and said we should have dinner there. A little later he came by with a bottle of cold white wine.
An aperitif, he said, and did not want payment. We felt obliged to eat at the Red Shrimp, even though we had decided to cook ourselves. When we got to his place he tried to palm off his old fish on us. Since none of us wanted fish, he became rather unfriendly, but we had a quite good meal in any case.
So we have learned that we will never again accept wine from strangers!

Time for boat maintenance again. Carl and Pete take a 2 km walk into town to buy spareparts and spend the afternoon working on the boat.
